Love your customers & they will love you back. Even if other people say they’re difficult. Treat them as if they’re lovable, open-minded and flexible and watch them thaw out. Get your ego out of the equation and expect a very, very nice working relationship with your customers.

There’s this saying, “1% inspiration – 99% perspiration”, usually said about writing, art, yoga, whatever takes continuous practice. I’d prefer to say “99% continuous practice”. And if you do that, in the end it will feel like “99% inspiration, 1% perspiration”. It’s a breeze if you keep practicing. Goes for almost anything, I’d say.
